Dress code
all classes:
We believe that following a dress code sets students up for success. Encouraging dancers to take accountability for attending class in the correct dress code builds discipline & responsibility. You wouldn't send your athlete to soccer without their shin guards, to football without their helmet, or to swim practice without their swimsuit. Therefore you also wouldn't send your dancer to dance in the incorrect attire.
-
Hair must be pulled back into a ponytail or bun. Students with short hair should have hair neatly pinned away from face.
-
No jeans in any classes.
-
No dresses or skirts in any classes unless they are athletic material and have shorts on underneath.
-
If students are wearing a loose shirt they must be wearing something form-fitting underneath (I.e. a leotard, sports bra, or camisole).
-
Students are expected to have the correct dress code by their second class.
